Job summary

Yeo Valley Production Ltd, Blagdon, is seeking a hands-on, reliable Skilled Operator to join our production site. You will be responsible for accurate preparation and packing, operating milk mixing systems, monitoring quality standards, and ensuring on-time supply to downstream production.

Qualifications

• Experience as a machine operator in a production environment.
• Good team working skills and ability to undertake manual tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain milk mixing systems and associated equipment
• Follow mixing recipes and production schedules
• Conduct routine quality checks and maintain batch records
• Collaborate with production and QA teams to ensure consistency and compliance
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Assist with inventory, stock rotation, and general plant support

As a key player in the production process, you’ll be responsible for the accurate preparation and packing of our product- the critical base of our product line. Your role will involve operating mixing equipment, monitoring quality standards, maintaining hygiene protocols, and ensuring efficient, on-time supply to downstream production.

What You’ll Do
