Job title:Multi Skilled Operative

Department/Section:General Maintenance

Main purposes of job: To carry out Multi Skilled work and repairs in customers’

homes (occupied and unoccupied).

Key tasks:

•Carrying out multi skilled work and repairs specified on job sheets

•Keeping the workspace clean and tidy

•Liaising with Site Managers

Objectives: To maintain a high standard of service to our customers, whilst remaining professional, tidy andorganized.

Responsible for:

•Maintaining the company van

•Keeping on top of van stock level

•Filling out job sheets (including a description of the work and materials used)

We work alongside most of the major developers so experience in new build aftercare will be required. We are also very keen to hear from anyone with social housing experience working in disrepair and maintenance.
