Job description

Multi-site in Worcestershire | Weekdays | 8 Hours/Day| Van Provided or Fuel Paid | 2-Year Temporary Contract

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Multi-Trade Operative to join our well-established team, working across void and tenanted social housing properties on behalf of a local council, covering Worcester, Evesham & Great Malvern.

Key Details:

• Hours: Weekdays, 8 hours per week, 40 hr a week
• Contract: 2-year contract
• Location: Multiple sites across Worcestershire
• Company van provided or use your own van with fuel expenses covered
• Pay: £21.21 - £25 per hour (dependent on experience and other variables)

️ Responsibilities:

• Installation and fitting of bathroom & kitchen suites in both void and tenanted properties, assisting other team members with the preparation and finishing of the jobs.
• Ensuring high standards of quality construction and customer care
• Working independently across multiple sites
• Adhering to health and safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:

• Minimum Level 2 qualification in a core trade with relevant references
• Proven experience in multi-trade work
• Experience working in social housing is highly desirable.
• Ability to work efficiently and respectfully in tenanted homes
• Full UK driving licence
