Guinness Property in Exeter is seeking a proactive Skilled Labourer to join its repairs team serving The Guinness Partnership's homes. You will work on housing repairs, damp and mould treatment, property clearance, cleaning and general multi-skilled tasks on a permanent 40-hour contract.

The role requires a full UK driving licence and the ability to work flexible shifts, including potential Saturday mornings, with health and safety awareness and a customer-focused approach.

This Skilled Labourer post sits in the Exeter team of Guinness Property, the repairs arm serving The Guinness Partnership's homes. The work centres on housing repairs, with damp and mould treatment, property clearance, cleaning and general multi-skilled jobs. It is a permanent 40-hour role covering 8am to 7pm on weekdays plus Saturday mornings, with later and weekend shifts on a rota. Candidates must live in Exeter or the surrounding area and hold a full UK driving licence.
