Job summary

Guinness Property in Exeter is seeking a proactive Skilled Labourer to join its repairs team serving The Guinness Partnership's homes. You will work on housing repairs, damp and mould treatment, property clearance, cleaning and general multi-skilled tasks on a permanent 40-hour contract.

The role requires a full UK driving licence and the ability to work flexible shifts, including potential Saturday mornings, with health and safety awareness and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Competence in various multi-skills
• Experience of inner and outer property clearance
• Experience of basic ground maintenance
• Experience of mould washes, mould treatment and flooring coverings
• Experience of working in a customer-focused environment

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of housing repairs, including damp and mould work
• Carry out property cleaning and inner and outer clearance
• Carry out general multi-skilled repair work
• Carry out basic ground maintenance
• Work later and Saturday morning shifts on a rota
