Job summary

The Guinness Partnership is seeking a Skilled Labourer to join our Exeter team to support the delivery of repairs, including damp and mould work, cleaning, clearance and general multi-skilled tasks. This is a permanent role, 40 hours per week covering 8 am - 7 pm Monday - Friday plus Saturday morning on a rota basis.

To be considered you must hold a full UK driving licence and be prepared to undergo a basic DBS check paid for by Guinness. You should live within Exeter or the surrounding area.

Qualifications

• Proven multi-skilled experience in property maintenance and clearance.
• Ability to work in a customer-focused social housing environment.
• Ability to work methodically, hit targets, follow procedures and log information.
• Capable of working with minimal supervision and managing time effectively.
• Experience carrying out damp/mould treatment and related tasks is beneficial.

• Support delivery of repairs and maintenance services.

• Work to health and safety guidelines and record information accurately.
