Job summary

GLOBAL RECRUITMENT GROUP is seeking a reliable Skilled Labourer / Joiner's Mate for a temp-to-perm role in South Lanarkshire. You will assist joiners on diverse commercial, industrial and domestic sites, helping with day-to-day tasks and material handling.

You should be reliable with a good work ethic and willing to learn. CSCS card is preferred but not essential. The role offers £17.50 per hour, overtime £25 per hour and a long-term, permanent opportunity for the right candidate.

• CSCS card preferred but not essential.
• Joinery or multi-trade experience welcomed.

An established and growing multi-trade company based in South Lanarkshire is looking for a reliable and hardworking Joiner's Mate to join their expanding team.

The company works across a wide range of commercial, industrial and domestic projects, with work available across various locations.

The Role

• Assisting joiners with day-to-day site duties
• Supporting general joinery and building works
• Soil stack replacement
• General labouring and material handling
• Working across commercial, industrial and domestic sites
• Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment

Requirements

• Previous experience working alongside joiners is preferred
• CSCS card preferred but not essential
• Multi-trade experience would be advantageous but is not essential
• Previous construction/site experience
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Good attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to work well as part of a team
• Looking for a long-term/permanent opportunity
