Job summary

Aspirare Recruitment is seeking a skilled Joiner to cover Stirling and surrounding areas on a long-term contract. The role offers an immediate start with Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm hours and up to £22 per hour DOE.

You will work on high-end residential housing projects, measuring, building and finishing timber structures to exacting standards. The ideal candidate has proven joinery experience in residential construction, strong timber frame skills, and owns tools/transport.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a joiner within residential construction.
• Strong all-round joinery skills with timber frame experience.
• Experience with plasterboarding is desirable and useful.

Responsibilities

• Carry out joinery work on high-end residential properties.
• Erect and install timber frames to specified requirements.
• Complete plasterboarding and finishing work.
• Perform general house-building and construction duties.
• Measure, cut and assemble timber and other materials accurately.
• Follow drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Maintain high workmanship, quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with other trades to meet deadlines.

Requirements

• Proven experience working as a Joiner within residential construction.
