Job summary

Rogers McHugh Recruitment is seeking a reliable, hardworking Labourer for a busy construction team on a client site. You will support the site team with general labouring duties, keep the site clean and tidy, move materials and assist tradesmen to keep the job running smoothly.

Start date: 14th September. Must have a valid CSCS Card, be physically fit, punctual and a strong team player who is happy to follow instructions and help wherever needed.

Qualifications

• Valid CSCS Card - Essential.
• Physically fit and capable of manual labour.
• Hardworking and reliable with good timekeeping.
• Positive attitude and willing to work and help.

Responsibilities

• General labouring duties on site.
• Cleaning and keeping the site tidy.
• Moving and handling materials.
• Loading and unloading materials when required.
• Assisting tradesmen with day-to-day tasks.
• Helping the wider site team wherever needed.
• Keeping work areas safe and organised.
• Following site instructions and health & safety procedures.
• Carrying out any other reasonable labouring duties.

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking and physically fit Labourer to join a busy construction team, working for one of our highly valued clients.

Our client takes real pride in the work they deliver and, just as importantly, in the people who work for them. They are looking for someone with the right attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to get stuck in. This is a great opportunity for a Labourer who takes pride in their work, turns up on time and is always willing to help wherever needed.

The role will involve supporting the site team with a variety of general labouring duties. You will be expected to keep the site clean and tidy, move materials, assist tradesmen and help with whatever tasks are required to keep the job running smoothly.

We are looking for someone who is happy to work, isn't afraid of hard work and is always willing to get involved. You should be someone the team can rely on — turning up on time, following instructions and getting the job done properly.
