Job summary

Pilgrims Europe invites you to join the Attleborough Factory in Norfolk as a Skilled Operative Days & Nights in the Kitchen Area. Earn £14.19–£16.33 per hour with the potential to exceed £559 per week, in a 4 on, 4 off shift (18:00-06:00).

Full training is provided, and you will prepare and batch sauce ingredients while complying with CCPs and Food Safety procedures. You will spot issues, inspect batches, and help maintain safety and quality standards onsite.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, strong written and verbal communication.
• Able to perform standard work at full line speed.
• Proactive, takes ownership and shows a can-do attitude.
• Food manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Spot, fix, and report production issues that affect performance, quality, or safety.
• Conduct visual inspections for damage, defects, or foreign materials, verifying batch numbers and shelf-life.
• Set up equipment and areas for production, ensuring safety controls and hygiene standards.
• Perform quality inspections and take product samples as per specifications.
