Job summary

Pilgrims Europe at Attleborough Factory in Norfolk is hiring a Skilled Operative Days & Nights in the Kitchen area to prepare and batch sauce ingredients, following CCPs and Food Safety procedures. Full training is provided.

Work patterns are 4 on, 4 off (18:00–06:00) with an hourly rate of £14.19–£16.33, and weekly earnings around £559. On-site staff canteen, free parking, PPE and wellbeing champions are provided. Join a team focused on quality and safe, efficient production.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is required to follow procedures and communicate clearly.
• Ability to perform standard work at full line speed.
• Ownership and initiative in your role with a proactive attitude.
• Food manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Spot, fix, and report production issues that impact performance, quality, or safety.
• Conduct visual inspections for damage, defects, or foreign materials, verifying batch numbers and shelf-life.
• Set up equipment and areas for production, ensuring safety controls, hygiene standards, and proper tools are in place.
• Perform quality inspections and take product samples as per specifications.
