Sofina Foods Europe in Malton is recruiting skilled butchers to join our site and work across main butchery, primal cutting and middle debone to deliver high-quality products in a fast-paced production environment.

This role offers a clear path for career progression in a company that invests in its people while handling pork products on site. Hours are Monday to Friday, 5:30am–3:30pm with weekly pay from £36,504 to £44,221 per annum.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in butchery or slaughter operations, preferably within a processing or manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
• A reliable and team-focused approach
• Flexibility to support production requirements
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Carry out skilled butchery tasks to high standards of quality, hygiene and food safety
• Work as part of a production team to achieve daily targets
