Job summary

St Martin's School Brentwood is seeking an organised and proactive individual to support the learning and academic progress of Sixth Form students. The role involves supervising the Sixth Form Study Centre, providing study support and guidance, developing learning resources, and working closely with staff across the school to promote effective independent learning.

The successful candidate will also assist with mentoring initiatives, coordinate external enrichment opportunities, and administer

Qualifications

Organised and proactive to support Sixth Form students.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience developing learning resources and guidance materials.
Experience administering bursary schemes or project coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

Supervise the Sixth Form Study Centre and monitor study spaces.
Provide study support and guidance to Sixth Form students.
Develop learning resources to support independent learning.
Work closely with staff across the school to promote independent study.
Coordinate external enrichment opportunities and administer the 16-19 Bursary Scheme.
