St Martin's School in Brentwood is seeking an organised administrator to support the Sixth Form Study Centre, provide study guidance and help develop learning resources. The role involves mentoring initiatives, coordinating enrichment opportunities and administering the 16-19 Bursary Scheme.
This term-time contract (38 weeks per year, plus two days in August) is part-time and requires strong communication and organisational skills to support pupils and staff across the school.

The successful candidate will also assist with mentoring initiatives, coordinate external enrichment opportunities, and administer the 16-19 Bursary Scheme in liaison with the Central Finance Team. Strong communication, organisational skills, and a commitment to supporting young people are essential.
St Martin's School is a large co-educational comprehensive school located in Hutton, Brentwood. The school benefits from a pleasant semi-rural environment with agricultural land to the rear. The school, which also includes a large sixth form block, is situated on an open, attractive 30 acre site. Parking is available on-site and there are good transport links by both rail and bus. Hutton is five miles from the M25 and 19 miles from London, which is easily reached by road or train (25 minutes to Liverpool Street Station).
