Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of warehouse coordination experience in construction, EPC, energy, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
• Experience supporting large-scale site-based projects is desirable.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse procedures.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day warehouse operations: receipt, storage, handling, and issuance of materials.
• Record inbound/outbound materials in warehouse systems.
• Maintain inventory levels and material traceability.
• Conduct stock counts and reconcile with system records.
• Coordinate material deliveries and dispatches with project schedules.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage conditions, and material segregation.
• Liaise with Procurement, Logistics, and Site Construction teams on material availability.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and company policies.
• Maintain clean, safe warehouse facilities.
• Support audits, inspections, and reporting on warehouse management.
• Prepare and submit warehouse reports to project management.
