Deliveroo is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for our Kentish Town site. You will lead end-to-end daily operations in a fast-paced, onsite environment, ensuring rapid dispatch and accurate stock control to keep customers happy.

Qualifications

• Operational Experience: fast-paced environments (FMCG, Retail, Warehouse, or Last-mile delivery).
• Performance driven with targets (e.g., pick times, dispatch KPIs).
• Natural leadership with ability to coach junior team members.
• Proactive problem-solving to improve site operations.
• Adaptable, able to work autonomously in a high-energy team.

Responsibilities

• Drive Dispatch Excellence: oversee order picking to meet time targets and lead packing.
• Manage Inventory Rigour: unload deliveries, ensure location accuracy and logging.
• Maintain Operational Standards: keep warehouse clean, safe, and compliant with H&S checks.
• Collaborative Leadership: partner with management to ensure smooth site operations.
• Ownership of Stock Integrity: ensure 100% stock counts across counting areas.
