Job summary

Deliveroo in Brighton is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily site operations, drive dispatch excellence, and ensure customer orders are fulfilled quickly and accurately. You will oversee packing and liaise with the leadership team to maintain high standards across the warehouse.

You will partner with the Warehouse Assistant Manager to coach staff, maintain stock integrity, uphold safety standards, and foster a fast-paced, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced environments (FMCG, Retail, Warehouse, or Last-mile delivery is a major plus).
• Track record of hitting goals and KPIs (e.g., pick times, dispatch targets).
• Lead by example and coach junior team members.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset to improve site operations.
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a high-energy team.

Responsibilities

• Drive Dispatch Excellence: oversee orders to meet time targets and lead packing for customers.
• Manage Inventory Rigour: unload deliveries, ensure accurate locations, rotations, and logging.
• Maintain Operational Standards: keep warehouse clean, safe, and compliant with H&S checks.
• Collaborative Leadership: partner with senior managers to ensure smooth site operations.
• Ownership of Stock Integrity: ensure 100% accuracy across counting areas.
