Job summary

Deliveroo is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Brighton (BN3) to lead daily site operations and ensure rapid, accurate dispatch of household essentials for our customers. This onsite, full-time role is 37.5 hours per week with a pay of £15.55 per hour.

Qualifications

• Operational experience in fast-paced environments (FMCG, Retail, Warehouse, or Last-mile delivery is a plus).
• Proven track record of meeting targets such as pick times or dispatch KPIs.
• Natural leadership with ability to coach junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Drive Dispatch Excellence: oversee order picking to meet time targets and lead packing for customers.
• Manage Inventory Rigour: unload deliveries, ensure location accuracy, rotate stock, log claims.
• Maintain Operational Standards: keep warehouse clean, safe, and compliant with safety checks.
• Collaborative Leadership: partner with the Warehouse Assistant Manager/Manager to ensure smooth site operation.
• Ownership of Stock Integrity: ensure 100% accuracy across all counting areas.
