Job summary

Deliveroo in Brighton is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily site operations, drive dispatch excellence, and ensure customer orders are fulfilled quickly and accurately. You will oversee packing and liaise with the leadership team to maintain high standards across the warehouse.

You will partner with the Warehouse Assistant Manager to coach staff, maintain stock integrity, uphold safety standards, and foster a fast-paced, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced environments (FMCG, Retail, Warehouse, or Last-mile delivery is a major plus).
• Track record of hitting goals and KPIs (e.g., pick times, dispatch targets).
• Lead by example and coach junior team members.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset to improve site operations.
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a high-energy team.

Responsibilities

In this role, you'll be the beating heart of our daily site operations, maximizing customer satisfaction by ensuring our loyal customers receive their household essentials as quickly as possible. What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive Dispatch Excellence: Oversee that all orders are picked to meet time targets and lead the dispatch area to ensure seamless packing for our customers.
• Manage Inventory Rigour: Unload deliveries according to procedure, ensuring total accuracy of product locations, date rotations, and claims logging.
• Maintain Operational Standards: Ensure the warehouse remains clean, tidy, and safe at all times, dealing with hazards urgently and conducting regular H&S checks.
• Collaborative Leadership: Partner with the Warehouse Assistant Manager and Manager to ensure the site runs smoothly and employees follow company procedures.
• Ownership of Stock Integrity: Ensure stock counts are 100% accurate across all designated counting areas., We're food lovers, problem solvers, community organisers and more.
