Job summary
Yeo Valley is seeking a Site Technical Manager at its Cannington Site to drive a continuous improvement culture in food safety and quality. You will lead strategic technical development across the site, partnering with production and engineering to optimise operations and guarantee products meet customer and legal standards.

Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience in a senior technical role within FMCG.
- Experience implementing BRC accreditation, HACCP, and quality systems.
- Minimum Food Safety Level 4 and HACCP Level 4.
- Degree educated or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
- Clear understanding of CIP.
Responsibilities
- Lead the site technical team and ensure health and safety compliance.
- Develop and monitor site food safety and quality standards against customer and legal requirements.
- Align with production and engineering to optimise site operations.
- Lead customer visits and audits and participate in the technical leadership team.
- Monitor KPIs and drive improvements in safety, quality and compliance.
