Job summary

Yeo Valley Production Ltd seeks a Quality Assurance Auditor to support a continuous improvement driven food safety and quality culture across the site, aligned with the Technical strategy and policy.

Reporting into the Site Quality Manager, you will work with operations and engineering to identify and implement improvements, ensure training coverage, and drive quality performance across the site.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in a food industry role.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Good IT skills and ability to present information clearly.
• Good standard of English.

Responsibilities

• Identify tasks critical to food safety, legality and quality and ensure SOPs exist for each department.
• Audit co-owners to verify trained procedures and demonstrated knowledge.
• Review and revise operating procedures where gaps are found.
• Fill knowledge gaps identified and maintain training database.
• Support site visits and audits and assist Quality Manager as required.
