Job summary

Yeo Valley Organic is seeking a Site Technical Manager for our Cannington site in the UK. You will champion food safety and quality, driving the technical development of the site and reporting to the company-wide Technical Leadership Team.

You will partner with production and engineering, lead audits, and ensure all dispatched products meet safety and regulatory standards, while supporting co-owner culture and continuous improvement across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in a technical management role within the food industry (FMCG).
• Awareness of BRC accreditation and quality systems.
• Strong IT literacy and use of Microsoft Office tools.
• Clear understanding of CIP processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the site technical team to ensure food safety and quality.
• Set and deliver the site’s technical development and strategy.
• Lead external audits and engage with customers’ technical teams.
• Collaborate with production and engineering to optimise site performance.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvements in safety and quality.
• Plan capacity and resources for current and future demand.
