Job summary

Yeo Valley Farms (Production) Ltd is seeking a Site Technical Manager for our Cannington site. You will promote a continuous improvement-based food safety and quality culture, and lead the technical development strategy to ensure product safety and compliance with customer and legal standards.

As part of the on-site technical leadership team, you will partner with production and engineering, drive site standards, manage the technical resources, and lead customer visits and audits to maintain

Qualifications

• Essential: demonstrable experience in a technical management role within the food industry (min 5 yrs).
• HACCP implementation and food safety systems knowledge.
• IT literate with Microsoft Office skills.
• Recognised audit qualification.
• Min Food Safety L4 and HACCP L4.
• Degree educated or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• Clear understanding of CIP.

Responsibilities

• Lead site technical team to maintain food safety and quality standards.
• Promote continuous improvement culture across the site.
• Collaborate with production and engineering to optimise site operations.
• Lead external audits and liaise with customers' technical teams.
