Site Surveyor - Living Space Division

Wates is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Surveyor to join our Living Space division in Wolverhampton. The role involves overseeing planned refurbishments of medium-rise flats, including:

• Roofing & RWGs
• Replacement UPVC windows
• External Wall Insulation
• Door Entry Systems
• External Drainage
• Hard Landscaping

You will be part of a team of experienced surveyors working on notable projects alongside our social housing partners.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience working within a Commercial Team, preferably in social housing, and be degree qualified. Strong work ethic, ability to work under a Project Surveyor, and effective teamwork skills are essential. Since client interaction is a key aspect of this role, excellent communication skills to liaise with clients are required.

Key Objectives:

1. Measurement: Conduct measurements of properties based on client specifications, including site visits to measure external components such as roofs, brickwork, and decorations.
