Wates Property Services is seeking an experienced Site Surveyor to cover North London boroughs—Islington, Hackney and Haringey—supporting major planned maintenance and capital works projects. You will manage commercial controls, budgets and client relationships throughout delivery.

Responsibilities include producing cost forecasts and valuations, managing risks, and supporting contract negotiations with clients, while ensuring robust commercial controls across multiple projects and streams.

• Proven experience undertaking cost evaluations, financial reporting and budget management.
• Evidence of identifying and mitigating commercial and contractual risks.
• Experience supporting contract negotiations and client-facing commercial discussions.
• Knowledge of planned maintenance, refurbishment, retrofit or capital works programmes.

Overview

WPS is seeking an experienced Site Surveyor to join our team covering the North London Boroughs; Islington, Hackney & Haringey. Working across a diverse portfolio of planned maintenance and capital improvement projects, you'll support the commercial and operational teams on multi streamed programmes

Responsibilities

As Site Surveyor, you'll be responsible for ensuring projects are commercially managed, risks are controlled and client relationships are maintained throughout delivery. Responsibilities include:

• Producing cost evaluations, forecasts and commercial reporting across multiple projects.
