We're recruiting for a Site Surveyor to join our largest and most established social housing planned works contract based in North Birmingham. Working as part of a high-performing commercial and operational team, you'll play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of planned maintenance and refurbishment programmes across occupied social housing properties. We're keen to hear from both experienced Site Surveyors and ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyors ready to take the next step in their career. If you have a strong understanding of commercial processes within planned works, social housing, or Tier 1 contracting environments, this could be an excellent opportunity to progress into a broader surveying role within a well-supported team.
