Wates Property Services requires a proactive Site Surveyor to support planned maintenance across occupied social housing in Redditch with coverage across Worcester and Malvern. You will survey properties, scope works, validate specifications and set up projects for successful delivery.

Role involves liaising with residents and client representatives, collaborating with Site and Project Managers, and contributing to pricing and validation of works.

We are seeking a motivated Site Surveyor to support the delivery of planned maintenance works across occupied social housing properties throughout Swindon. Working closely with operational, commercial and resident liaison teams, you will be responsible for surveying properties, scoping works, validating specifications and ensuring projects are set up for successful delivery from the outset.,

• Undertaking pre-work property surveys across occupied social housing stock.
• Producing schedules of works and detailed specifications.
• Identifying repair requirements, defects and compliance-related issues.
• Working closely with Site Managers and Project Managers to support programme delivery.
• Assisting with the pricing and validation of works where required.
• Cost variations
• Liaising with residents and client representatives during surveying activities.
• Ensuring all surveys are completed in line with company and client standards.
• Previous experience delivering planned maintenance, refurbishment or retrofit works. (Essential)
• Experience working within occupied social housing environments. (Essential)
• Previous experience working for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor. (Desirable)
• Full UK Driving Licence. (Essential)
• Relevant construction or surveying qualification. (Desirable)
