You will work 42.5 hours per week, with a company van and fuel card, and you must record job details using handheld devices while providing excellent customer service in residents' homes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in domestic repairs across multiple trades.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload.

Responsibilities

• Carry out day-to-day responsive repairs in social housing.
• Repair or install carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling and decorating tasks.
• Record job details and materials used on handheld devices.
• Maintain tools and company vehicle in good condition.
• Deliver high-quality customer service in residents' homes.
