Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking a Senior Site Manager to lead a flagship EWI high-rise scheme (4 blocks) for a well-established main contractor. You will report to a Contracts Manager, manage programmes, and ensure safety, quality, and client liaison on site.

The role requires SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid, plus social housing EWI experience, with a stable career history expected. Salary around £60k plus package and benefits is on offer.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the programme of works is completed on time and within budget.
• Maintain health and safety standards and promote a positive H&S culture.
• Monitor quality of work and liaise with the client.
• Programme works and order materials as required.
• Work closely with the Tenant Liaison Officer to maintain tenant satisfaction.

They are looking for a Senior Site Manager to join their team on a flagship EWI high-rise scheme, 4 blocks. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established Main Contractor who have a healthy pipeline of work and operate on a number of schemes.

You will be reporting into a Contracts Manager and your responsibilities will include:

• The smooth operational, ensuring the programme of works is completed within correct timescales and budget.
• Ensuring health & safety is maintained and creating a positive attitude towards H&S throughout the team.
• Monitoring the quality of work
• Liaising with the client
• Programming works
• Ordering materials
• Working closely with the Tenant Liaison Officer and ensuring tenant satisfaction is maintainedExperience needed:
