Job summary

Sail & Peg is seeking a Site Supervisor – Outdoor Event Structures to lead luxury tent installations and dismantles at top venues around London and the surrounding counties. You will oversee a crew of 8–12, ensure on-site health and safety, train new members, and keep builds efficient while maintaining equipment and standards.

Strong practical skills, leadership, and the ability to keep a team moving on site are essential; a full UK driving licence is required.
