Job summary

Bridges is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee works on SEMD Projects across the South East, in coordination with the Site Manager. The role is permanent, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with hourly pay and overtime.

A company van with fuel card is provided, with travel time paid on top of contracted and overtime hours. You will supervise security, civil and electrical installations to BS7671, maintain QA compliance, mentor site staff, and promote Bridges’ values while

Qualifications

• Essential CSCS/ECS gold card, SSSTS/SMSTS and proven Site Supervisor experience.
• Experience supervising MEICA or security projects in water/heavy industrial environments.
• Fit to work medical, BPSS screening: pass required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise security, civil and electrical installations per BS7671 and Bridges safety rules.
• Ensure all items installed to project QA plans and ITPs.
• Promote STAR dynamic risk assessment and stop-work if unsafe.
• Coach and mentor site staff including Electricians, Improvers/Mates and Apprentices.
• Promote Bridges values in dealings with peers, staff, customers and clients.
• Support health and well-being among peers and act as Bridges ambassador.
