Construction Team - Mechanical Site Supervisor

We are looking to strengthen our Construction team with a Mechanical Site Supervisor based at Burham WSW, Kent.

You will report directly to the M & E Manager/Lead Site Supervisor. Your role will supervise and control all mechanical site activities efficiently, ensuring work is completed to the specifications and within the contract time, without compromising health and safety, and delivering a quality end product. You will ensure a quality installation with all Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) completed as work progresses.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support the Site Manager in maintaining a safe working environment for all employees, supply chain partners, and visitors.
2. Ensure all relevant HS&E documents are correctly recorded, reviewed upon receipt, and are the latest versions.
3. Verify that all relevant documents adequately describe the work to be carried out.
4. Review and comment on Method Statements and Work Instructions as required by the Project Execution Plan.
5. Supervise work to ensure it is carried out in accordance with Method Statements and Work Instructions.
6. Record the progress of the works on record drawings or other suitable means when required.
7. Record all non-conformance and improvement opportunities and agree on actions with the person in charge of the works.
