Are you an experienced Mechanical Supervisor looking for a new role?

Do you have experience managing a team of Mechanical Engineers?

About the role:

• Ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements
• Managing a team or serving as a team leader
• Conducting engineers’ appraisals with line managers
• Attending client meetings
• Supervising and escorting subcontractors
• Conducting surveys for quotations related to remedial works and small projects
• Managing daily PPM activities
• Analyzing current PPM regimes to identify trends and improve efficiency
• Supporting the reactive helpdesk with necessary information
• Completing and managing PPM risk assessments
• Managing SHEQ requirements
• Vetting RAMS and safe systems of work for subcontractors
• Completing permit to work documents for subcontractors

What we require:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Engineer or similar role
• NVQ qualification
• Strong knowledge of building mechanical services, practices, and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Full UK driving license
• Experience managing a team of engineers

Main Details:

• Job Title: Mechanical Supervisor (+Van, Fuel Card, PPE, Tools)
• Salary: £50,000 per annum (£24 per hour)
• Location: Dagenham Selina's Lane - RM8 1TB
• Contract: Temp to Perm
• Hours: 8am – 5pm
