AC/Refrigeration Engineer

Core Duties:

1. Work Order Management: Handle PPM and reactive tasks diligently, ensuring compliance with contractual benchmarks and SFG 20 standards.
2. Diagnostic Skills: Identify and rectify malfunctions using advanced diagnostic tools, providing detailed reports.
3. Inventory Control: Manage procurement of repair materials, monitor shortages, and suggest improvements.
4. Client Relations: Maintain professional rapport with client representatives, ensuring high service standards.
5. Safety Compliance: Identify and mitigate hazards to maintain a safe working environment.
6. Process Improvement: Recommend and implement efficiency and quality enhancements.
7. Task Ownership: Oversee the full lifecycle of assigned tasks with proper documentation.
8. Regulatory Compliance: Maintain site F Gas records and logbooks, integrating them into the CAFM system.
9. Maintenance: Perform repairs and maintenance on A/C and commercial refrigeration units.
10. Flexibility: Be prepared for overtime and urgent tasks as required.
11. Team Collaboration: Work effectively with colleagues, including Contract Managers and Reporting specialists.

Prerequisites:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in AC/Refrigeration engineering, with (2079) accreditation.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills.
• CAFM Experience: Prior use of CAFM systems, preferably on handheld devices.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness.
• Time Management: Ability to prioritize and organize tasks efficiently.
