The Position

As Site Supervisor, you’ll be the backbone of our operations, keeping our campuses running like clockwork. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. From ensuring our premises are secure, to driving our minibus between campuses, to handling maintenance and cleaning, you’ll play a vital role in keeping things on track.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the go-to for site security: locking, unlocking and keeping our campuses safe and secure.

• Drive the college minibus: (D1 licence required) to transport resources between campuses.

• General maintenance tasks: fixing, organising and making sure everything is in great shape.

• Support our teams: porterage duties and keeping spaces clean and welcoming.

• Be adaptable: work some unsociable hours and be part of our call-out rota.

What We’re Looking For

We’re after someone who:

• Has a full D1 driving licence and is comfortable driving a minibus.

• Is practical, hands-on and great at getting things done.

• Is IT-savvy – to handle basic tech tasks.

• Can work flexibly across our campuses in Wigan and Leigh.

• Takes pride in creating a safe, functional and welcoming environment for everyone.
