Are you a practical, reliable, and proactive individual with a passion for keeping environments safe and welcoming? We’re looking for a Site Supervisor to join our friendly and supportive primary school team in Burnley.

About the Role

As Site Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring our school site is clean, safe, secure, and well-maintained. You’ll work closely with school leadership and external contractors to support the day-to-day running of the premises.

Key Responsibilities:

Opening and closing the school site daily

Carrying out minor repairs and maintenance

Managing health & safety checks and records

Supervising cleaning staff and maintaining high standards of hygiene

Ensuring the security of the premises and grounds

Supporting contractors and deliveries on site

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in a similar role (desirable but not essential)

Strong practical skills and a “can-do” attitude

Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

A friendly, approachable manner and good communication skills

A commitment to the safety and wellbeing of our pupils
