Job summary

Bidvest Noonan is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to lead a large cleaning team across multiple sites, ensuring KPI targets, audits, and health & safety standards are met. The role includes managing payroll processes and developing operative progression.

The position covers sites in the southwest of the country and requires strong leadership, reliability, and teamwork to maintain high cleaning standards and safe working environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience managing a team of cleaners.
• Full UK driving license held.
• Knowledge of COSHH and health & safety practices.
• Good eye for detail and reliable.
• Able to work well in a team and flexible to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a large cleaning team across 26 sites, covering sickness and holidays, audits and stock checks.
• Ensure cleaning standards are maintained across sites.
• Understand and meet KPI/SLA targets, including audits.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Develop strong working relationships with operatives.
• Oversee cleanliness of site offices, toilets, canteen areas and warehouse.
• Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities.
• Support payroll processes within the team and manage absence investigations.

About The Role

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for a Cleaning Supervisor,who will work at our client’s prestigious site

Operating within the southwest of the country from Penzance, Western-super-Mare to Southampton and everything in-between

Duties as a Cleaning Supervisor

• Supervising a large cleaning team across 26 sites, which includes covering sickness, holidays,auditing and stock check
• Ensuring cleaning standards are maintained across the site
• Understand KPI/SLA’s and to meet these monthly including audits
• Following health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
• Ensuring strong working relationship with operatives
• Responsible for cleanliness of site offices and toilets canteen areas, warehouse
• Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities
• Workingin a timely manner to ensure cinemas are prepared for the public
• Working as part of a team
• Manging an automated payroll system
• Managing absence, investigations and any other HR processes within your team
• Growing operative's using the probation and 121 review process.
