Job summary

Securitas UK is seeking a Site Security Supervisor for a secure site in Reading. You will lead a team of Security Officers, manage incidents, conduct patrols, monitor CCTV and access control, and produce clear reports.

This full-time permanent role is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, days only, with £18.83 per hour. British citizen with a valid SIA licence and 5-year work history required, plus eligibility for SC clearance.

Qualifications

• Valid SIA Licence required.
• Prior security supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and clear communication.
• Good IT and report writing abilities.
• Flexibility to work days and nights.
• Eligible for SC Clearance.
• British citizen with 5-year work history.
