Job summary

Securitas UK is seeking a Site Security Supervisor at a secure site in Reading. You will lead and support a team of Security Officers, manage incidents and emergency responses, and coordinate patrols and CCTV operations.

This role requires prior supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and good IT and report-writing abilities. Flexibility to cover day and night shifts is essential, and eligibility for SC Clearance with a 5-year checkable history is required.
