Job summary

Linear Recruitment is seeking an experienced Freelance Site Supervisor for a long-term civils scheme in Morpeth, Northumberland. You will oversee day-to-day activities, coordinate subcontractors and site operatives, and ensure RAMS compliance and safety standards on site.

The role requires a solid civils construction background, SSSTS/SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certification, plus strong communication and organisational skills to report progress to the Site Manager.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Site Supervisor within civil engineering.
• Strong understanding of civils construction.
• SSSTS or SMSTS and CSCS.
• First Aid certification.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to supervise site teams and subcontractors.

Freelance Site Supervisor – Civils

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Supervisor to join a long-term civils scheme in Morpeth.

The successful candidate will assist with the day-to-day supervision of works on site, coordinating subcontractors and site teams while ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.
