Job summary

Linear Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to join a live roads and sewers infrastructure scheme in Ashington for approx 6 weeks, with an ASAP start. You will oversee day-to-day civils operations, manage subcontractors, ensure safety, timing and quality, and liaise with engineers and client representatives to drive programme delivery.

The assignment requires proven site management experience in civils, with SMSTS/CSCS/First Aid qualifications and the ability to drive

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within civils/infrastructure projects.
• Experience delivering roads and sewers schemes.
• Strong understanding of health & safety requirements.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to join a live roads and sewers infrastructure scheme in Ashington.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager with a strong civils background to oversee the successful delivery of works on a short-term contract, with the potential for further opportunities following completion.

• Managing day-to-day site operations and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to programme
• Overseeing roads, drainage, and sewer infrastructure works

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within civils/infrastructure projects
• Previous experience delivering roads and sewers schemes
• Strong understanding of site health & safety requirements
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications
• Ability to manage subcontractors and drive programme delivery
