Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a Freelance Site Manager / Assistant Site Manager for a short-term project in Morpeth. You will support day-to-day site management, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure works align with programme, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Immediate start and 8–10 week duration are anticipated. Responsibilities include overseeing external works, coordinating solar panel installation, supervising minor electrical works, and maintaining site records.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Site Manager or Assistant Site Manager.
• Experience working on refurbishment, housing, retrofit or external envelope projects is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of site health & safety.
• SMSTS/SSSTS
• CSCS
• First Aid

The Role
