ABM in Glasgow is seeking a Security Supervisor to lead and support a Shift Team of security officers at a high-profile site. You will direct operations, maintain safety standards, and respond to incidents with a can-do attitude and strong communication.

The role offers a 60-hour weekly pattern (5 on 2 off) with a pay rate of £15.07 per hour. We value experience in fast-paced environments and the ability to motivate colleagues while upholding service excellence and safety.

LOCATION: Springfield Quay, Glasgow

SHIFT PATTERN: 5 on 2 off 60 hours per week

ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE

Your responsibility as a Security Supervisor will be to direct and support a Shift Team of security officers.

The role will see you manage a Shift Team of officers. This is a fast-paced environment at a high-profile location. We are looking for an experienced Team Lead, who has a can-do attitude, is flexible, with excellent communication skills, that can demonstrate a proven track record of enthusing and leading Teams towards a common goal, within high profile locations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for Health & Safety of all ABM employees and third parties who may be affected by

work activities carried out within specific remit

• Actively participating in the development of succession planning and ongoing performance
• management
• Safeguarding of various assets to include people, buildings, and information
• Oversee the delivery of Control Room services
• Completion of staff admin, wages, holidays, appraisals
• Cross functional working with the wider Facilities teams
• Good IT Skills
• Positive mindset, team player, can do attitude
