A leading contractor operating in the water and utilities sector, delivering vital infrastructure works across long-term frameworks. As part of their strategic joint venture, they are working on a major clean and wastewater programme for a key water authority in the South of England.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the delivery of clean and wastewater projects across the Hampshire Water Framework. You ll oversee daily site operations, coordinate labour and subcontractors, ensure health and safety compliance, and maintain progress in line with programme and quality expectations. The role will involve close liaison with Project Managers and client representatives to ensure smooth delivery of civils and MEICA packages, including pipe laying, chambers, and associated reinstatement works.
Requirements:
You must have experience supervising utility or infrastructure works, ideally in the clean or wastewater sector. A strong understanding of site-based health and safety, temporary works and permit systems is required. Holding SSSTS or SMSTS, a valid CSCS card, and EUSR or water hygiene card is advantageous. The ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively, maintain site records and deliver to programme is essential. A full UK driving licence is required.
