We’re currently hiring for a key site supervisor position on a major 400kV AIS substation extension project.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced SR163 Site Supervisor to join a dynamic delivery team on-site. Initially, you’ll work alongside a civils-biased PC Site Manager, then step into the Principal Contractor (PC) Site Manager role as the project transitions into the M&E phase.

Manage and oversee all site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery
Lead site teams and support implementation of company policies and procedures
Drive performance, monitor compliance, and champion HSE best practices
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
Produce accurate reports and maintain strong internal coordination and communication
Strong background in electrical infrastructure or substation projects
Experience in M&E management, with the ability to step into a PC Site Manager role
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Deep understanding of HSE requirements, temporary works, and site coordination
