Are you an experienced Site Supervisor with an electrical background, ready to lead high-quality installation projects?

We're currently hiring a Site Supervisor (Electrical Bias) to oversee installation works across the Isle of Wight, with occasional travel to London. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of site delivery in a specialist engineering environment.

In this role, you'll be supervising HVAC and smoke control installations from start to finish, managing site teams and subcontractors to deliver projects safely, on time, and to the highest standards. You'll ensure compliance with electrical regulations, oversee inspections and testing, and act as the key link between the site, the client, and the project team.

Up to £55,000 salary DOE, plus van, tools, fuel card, PPE, and strong benefits.

What do you need?

• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) qualification
• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation & 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• Proven supervisory experience in electrical installation projects (HVAC or smoke control preferred)
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Full UK driving licence
• Full right to work in the UK
  
  

What will you be doing?

• Supervising and coordinating on-site installation activities
• Leading site teams and subcontractors to meet deadlines and budgets
• Ensuring compliance with H&S and electrical regulations
• Liaising with clients, project managers, and design teams
• Overseeing inspections, testing, and quality control
• Preparing and maintaining site documentation (RAMS, progress reports)
• Attending site meetings and reporting project progress

• Full-time, permanent role
• Based on the Isle of Wight, occasional travel to London
• 35 hours per week
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays
