Job summary

Blu Tech Consulting is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor for a London-based Curtain Walling Contractor on a Bridgend, Wales project. The role involves managing the curtain wall installation on a new-build sixth form college and coordinating on-site activity to meet programme targets.

Applicants must hold SSSTS, CSCS, First Aid, provide recent references, and be able to lead toolbox talks, attend site meetings, and ensure quality assurance throughout the package.

Qualifications

• SSSTS/CSCS/First Aid required.
• Provide recent references for similar work undertaken.
• Curtain wall installations experience advantageous.
• Immediate start for approximately 6 months.

Job description

Our client a London based Curtain Walling Contractor currently seek an experienced Site Supervisor for one of their projects in Bridgend, Wales.

The work itself is installing a large curtain wall package on a new build sixth form college.

It is essential that you hold at least SSSTS, CSCS, First Aid, and can provide recent references for similar work undertook.

Duties will include:

• Managing labour to site program
• Making sure targets are hit and job is progressed forwards naturally
• Quality Assurance
• Undertaking site inductions and tool box talks
• Good understanding of detail in Curtain wall installations and commercial glazing
• Attending site meetings
• all other associated tasks as instructed

This is an immediate start for the right candidate and will be circa 6 months work
