Job summary

Blu Tech Consulting is seeking a Labourer with glazing experience for a project in Bridgend, South Wales. The role involves assisting curtain wall fixers on a 6th form college glazing installation, with an immediate start and a minimum six months of work.

You must hold a CSCS card, have commercial building site experience, and be able to provide recent references. Duties include handling glass panels, measuring aluminium trims, installing EPDM around windows, and maintaining a tidy site under

Responsibilities

• Assisting Curtain Wall Fixers in the preparation and installation of a unitised Curtain Wall Systems
• Carrying glass panels and distributing to fixing teams accordingly
• Cutting, and measuring aluminium trims
• Assisting with the loading and unloading of plant, tools, and materials
• Installing EPDM around window systems
• Using drills to screw in frames
• Holding units in place under Fixing teams' instructions
• Keeping the work areas clean and tidy
• Loading skips
• All other associated tasks as instructed

Our client a London based Commercial Glazing Contractor currently seek a skilled Labourer with strong glazing experience on one of their projects in Bridgend, South Wales.

The work itself is a glazing installation package on a new build 6th form college.

It is essential that you hold a CSCS card, have worked on a commercial building site, possess glazing experience of some description, and are able to provide recent work references to back this up.

Duties will include:
