Job summary

Bimplus in Loughborough is seeking an experienced Facade Site Manager to lead a flagship project for 18 months, with an immediate start. You will manage installation of curtain walling, cladding, windows and doors, coordinating on-site teams and subcontractors to deliver quality, safety, and programme.

You will apply RAMS, drive QA, and liaise with client and design teams to ensure expected standards. Proven leadership and strong communication are essential, along with SMSTS, First Aid at Work

Qualifications

• SMSTS certification
• Black CSCS Card
• First Aid at Work
• Proven experience managing façade packages including Curtain Walling, Cladding, Windows & Doors
• Ability to deliver projects safely, on time and to a high standard

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day site operations from installation through to completion
• Coordinating and supervising site teams, subcontractors and labour
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to high quality standards
• Carrying out quality inspections and ensuring compliance with specifications
• Managing site Health & Safety and ensuring full compliance with procedures and legislation
• Conducting daily briefings, toolbox talks and site inductions
• Reviewing and implementing RAMS
• Coordinating material deliveries, storage and logistics
• Liaising with client, main contractor, design teams and internal management
• Monitoring programme progress and reporting any delays or issues
• Managing snagging, defects and ensuring successful project handover
• Keeping accurate site records, diaries and progress reports
• Attending progress meetings and providing regular updates
• Ensuring all works comply with current building regulations and CWCT standards
• Driving productivity whilst maintaining quality and safety standards

This is a fantastic opportunity to take the lead on a high-profile project involving a range of façade systems, working with one of the industry's most respected contractors.

Scope of Works:

• Doors & Windows
• Curtain Walling
• Rainscreen Cladding
• GRC Panels

Key Responsibilities:
