Job summary

Blu-tech is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor for a curtain wall package on a new build sixth form college project in Bridgend, Wales. The role requires robust on-site leadership, strict safety and QA oversight, and the ability to coordinate labour to the project program.

You will manage site inductions, toolbox talks, attend progress meetings, and ensure curtain wall installation details are executed to specification with minimal disruption to the build schedule.

Qualifications

• SSSTS and CSCS required; First Aid certification preferred.
• Recent references for similar curtain wall or glazing installations.

Responsibilities

• Managing labour to site program
• Ensuring targets are hit and progress kept on track
• Quality Assurance
• Undertaking site inductions and toolbox talks
• Good understanding of curtain wall installations and commercial glazing details
• Attending site meetings
• All other associated tasks as instructed
